Registration Options
Option 1:
Complete the online registration through MyEducationBC:
https://myeducation.gov.bc.ca/aspen-login/?deploymentId=aspen
Click the link above. When the login screen opens, select “Request an Account” and follow the step‑by‑step instructions.
OR
Option 2:
Download and complete the 2026–2027 Student Registration Form and submit it by email to the school.
Required Documents
Please ensure the appropriate government identification is included with your submission.
Parent/Guardian Documents
- BC CareCard OR BC Services Card
AND one of the following proof‑of‑residency documents:- British Columbia Driver’s License
- Utility bill showing BC residency
- Proof of home ownership or a long‑term lease/rental agreement
- Most recent income tax return filed as a BC resident
Student Documents
- BC CareCard OR BC Services Card
AND - Birth Certificate
